A Power of Attorney is a document that authorizes someone to perform certain juristic acts on behalf of a person or a company who cannot be present to do it themselves.

A Power of Attorney can be General or Special. A General Power of Attorney is when you confer General rights  and a Special Power of Attorney is where you confer specific rights.
